Creative Luminary Award Nominations
The Creative Luminary Award honors the visionaries, innovators, and trailblazers whose ideas and expressions have meaningfully advanced the role of creativity in the medical marketing industry.
Eligibility
- Nominees should have at least 15-20 years of creative experience in the medical marketing/advertising industry, demonstrating a high level of insight, imagination, and craft in developing powerful communications that bring awareness to healthcare brands (products, services, companies), medical conditions, or cause-related initiatives.
- Nominees must have a substantial body of work that showcases their unique creative vision and talent and their ability to generate impact within healthcare audiences.
- Only MAHF members are allowed to submit nominations.
- Each MAHF member can nominate only one person.
Self-nominations are not permitted.
Key Judging Criteria
- Transformative Ideas: The nominee has introduced novel modes of thinking that have broken through the advertising noise in arresting and memorable ways.
- Compelling Craft: The nominee has demonstrated a clear mastery of visual and verbal artistry.
- Distinctive Voice: Their work exhibits a unique and recognizable style, perspective, or thematic exploration that sets them apart.
- Risk-Taking: The nominee has demonstrated a willingness to experiment, challenge conventions, and venture into uncharted creative territories.
- Enduring Vision: The nominee demonstrates a clear artistic vision that guides their body of work and contributes to the evolution of their field.
- Thought Leadership: They are recognized as a leader or influential voice within their creative community, shaping discourse and setting trends.
- Inspiration and Mentorship: They have inspired, influenced, or mentored other creators, fostering growth and development within their field.
- Critical Acclaim and Recognition: The nominee has received significant critical recognition, awards, or accolades from peers, institutions, or the public
- Alignment with MAHF values: Advances the mission of the MAHF by elevating the role and reputation of healthcare communications.
Nominations are due November 7th.
