While the MAHF was initially created to Honor those who founded our industry, our programs have evolved to help Cultivate the next generation of leaders and Change our industry for the better. Supporting MAHF’s new mission to enhance awareness and support the value of diversity, equity and inclusion, the DEI Social Media Challenge was introduced in 2023 to bring light to DEI topics in our industry.
