Nominating Criteria:

• All submissions need to be for a retired campaign
• All submissions in their original constructed state are no longer active
• Only MAHF agency members may submit for awards
• Only two submissions per MAHF agency member per year
• All submissions were produced and launched with a technology-based platform and accessed, viewed and engaged by a user through a computer, mobile device, kiosk, or any other computerized interactive device
